What is it?

How it works
Apply for commission
Begin by sharing your recipe — handwritten, printed, photographed, or remembered — along with a few details about its story and significance.

Each application is personally reviewed to ensure the project is a good fit.
Planning and concept approval
Once confirmed and deposit is paid, Rebecca works with you to plan the piece, including layout, tone, and overall approach.

This is the stage where the direction is confirmed, before any painting begins.
Remainder of balance is paid upon sketch approval.
The artwork is created
After the concept is approved, the recipe is illustrated by hand in watercolor.
At this stage, the artwork is created as a finished piece, as with commissioned art.
Framing and final preparation
Once complete, you’ll have the option to choose framing recommendations or prepare the piece for framing.
The artwork is carefully finished, protected, and prepared for delivery.
Delivered to you
The completed artwork is packaged with care and delivered, ready to be framed, gifted, and lived with.
